1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and abu8 ("abu8", "the Platform", "we", "us", " our") governing your access to and use of the abu8 online gaming platform accessible at https://abu8.ws ("the Website").
By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the abu8 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

2. Eligibility
To register and maintain an account on abu8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

- You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
- You are physically located in Bangladesh at the time of account registration and during normal platform use.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of abu8.
- You have not previously had an abu8 account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
- Your participation in online gaming is not prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or court order that personally applies to you.
abu8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold one active account on the abu8 platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or any alias, is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, abu8 will close all but the earliest-registered account and may forfeit any bonus balances held across the duplicate accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information
You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and payment method details. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Material inaccuracies discovered at any time may result in account suspension.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. abu8 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify abu8 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. abu8 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
abu8 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit copies of a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission during BST business hours.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
abu8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected local bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and abu8 reserves the right to add or remove methods without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit; however, deposits above ৳50,000 per transaction may be subject to additional verification. Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set voluntarily by the player via the Responsible Gaming settings in their account dashboard.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests submitted during BST priority hours (10:00–02:00) are typically processed within 1–4 hours. Requests submitted outside priority hours will be processed at the start of the next priority window. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. abu8 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals will only be approved when the following conditions are met: (a) your identity has been verified via the KYC process; (b) the withdrawal destination matches a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your account; (c) any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance have been fulfilled; and (d) there are no outstanding investigations relating to your account.
4.5 Returned and Reversed Transactions
If a deposit transaction is reversed, returned, or charged back by your payment provider after funds have been credited to your abu8 account, abu8 reserves the right to deduct the equivalent amount from your balance, close any positions opened using those funds, and suspend your account pending investigation. Intentional chargebacks constitute fraud and will be reported accordingly.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by abu8 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of issue. Where no specific terms are stated, the following general bonus rules apply.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagers placed on certain game categories (including but not limited to live baccarat, certain progressive jackpot slots, and low-margin table games) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements, as specified in individual promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
abu8 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk, mathematically hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal exposure; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; or withdrawing funds immediately upon meeting the minimum wagering threshold across a pattern of accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, abu8 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and suspend the account.
5.4 Bonus Expiry
Unless stated otherwise in an individual promotion's terms, bonus funds and any associated free spins expire 7 days after the date of issue. Expired bonus balances are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Sportsbook
All sports bets, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets, are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA). In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of an event, abu8's decision, made in good faith with reference to official records, shall be final.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and sports markets. Limits are displayed within each game interface and market listing. abu8 reserves the right to alter stake limits at any time without prior notice. The imposition of individual account stake limits for commercial or risk-management reasons does not constitute a breach of these Terms.
6.3 Voids and Cancellations
abu8 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: (a) the odds or game outcome were determined by a technical error; (b) a live event is abandoned, postponed beyond the settlement window, or cancelled; or (c) credible evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation exists. Voided bets are refunded to the player's account balance at the original stake amount.
6.4 Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of a software malfunction, communications failure, or display error during a gaming session, all bets affected by the malfunction are void. Abu8 will not honour payouts attributed to a technical error. Players who identify a malfunction must cease play and contact support immediately.
7. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the abu8 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:
- Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform.
- Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting markets.
- Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to generate profit.
- Money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources and withdrawing them as gaming winnings.
- Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment details.

In summary: we collect only the data necessary to operate your account and process transactions; we do not sell your personal data to third parties; and all data is transmitted and stored using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption.
9. Responsible Gaming
abu8 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. All abu8 account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools at no cost, available immediately from account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications at configurable intervals to remind you of time spent in active gaming sessions.
- Cool-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from the platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, your account remains open but cannot be used for wagering.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of request and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

This includes but is not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; losses resulting from reliance on incorrect odds or pricing displayed in error; and any interruption to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance.
abu8's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Account Suspension & Closure
abu8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold or forfeit any balance therein, in circumstances including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to satisfy identity or age verification requirements within the requested timeframe.
- Detection of multiple accounts registered by the same individual.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
- A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal requirement compelling account closure.
Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player (e.g., the platform ceasing operations in a specific jurisdiction), any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.
Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any balance at the time of closure request will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.
12. Amendments to These Terms
abu8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, abu8 will provide at least 7 days' prior notice by displaying a prominent notice on the platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via their account email or mobile number on record.
Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date of the changes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to internationally licensed offshore gaming operations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally between the parties shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted in English.
abu8 makes no representation that the platform or its content is lawful, appropriate, or available for use in any jurisdiction outside its intended market. Players access the platform at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring their use complies with local laws applicable to them personally.
